To configure this email client with the POP before SMTP relay:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook

2. At the Prompt Window, Click on New, and click Ok.

3. On the Wizards Page, Select Internet E-mail and click Next.

4. On the wizard page that shows, enter your name in the field and click Next to proceed.
   Note: this email will appear when you send out emails.

5. On the page, you are required to configure the Mail Server Settings. Click on the Setup Mail Account to proceed.

6. On he Properties Page, Fill up the relevant information in the fields in the windows.

Here you can:

• Set the name that will show in your letters
  
  
• Set reply (should be the same as the email)

7. After you have finished filling up the relevant information, select the Servers Tab.

8. After filling in the required fields, Click Apply and Ok.

9. Click on Next, you may wish to create a path to store all the mail documents or just click Next, to allow the computer to create a new folder automatically for you.

10. Click on Next and Finish. Then you are done.

Now that Outlook is configured, you can send and receive emails.
